Thank you for choosing Novelty Detailing for your detailing needs. Please review the following policies that govern appointments and services.

1. Appointment Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice for all appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).

2. No Refund Policy

All sales and services are final.
We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If you have concerns about the quality of work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will do our best to address the issue.

3. Utility Requirements

In order to perform mobile detailing services, customers must provide access to the following at the service location:

  • Running Water

  • Electricity (Power Outlet)

Failure to provide access to these utilities may result in cancellation of the service and possible fees.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Novelty Detailing reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions or lack of necessary utilities.
